This is one of our clients favorite Smoothies because of its not only delicios, but super nutritious and a meal in itself.
Packed with Superfood goodness that comes with plenty of protein, Vitamin C, amino acids and  antioxidants– making it an ideal after morning workout smoothie.

Full of minerals and chlorophyll, this is my go to breakfast smoothie when I have a busy schedule and no time to eat until late afternoon. I know Spirulina is an acquired taste for many, and if so, feel free to replace it with any other vital green of your choice like chlorella or wheatgrass, for example. I wouldn’t omit it entirely, as it gives you that extra nutritional kick and also an added sweetness to the overall drink.

INGREDIENTS:( Makes 2 tall glasses)
1 cup soaked cashews
2 TBSP frozen, or 1 TBSP powdered Acai
1/2 cup cherries (fresh-no pit, or frozen)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries (fresh, or frozen)
½ cup frozen blackberries (fresh, or frozen)
½ cup frozen mango (fresh, or frozen)
1 TSP of Spirulina powder, or 25 gr. Fresh frozen
1 TBSP Coconut Oil
2-3 TBSP Maple Syrup
2 TBSP Raw Cacao Nibs

Add the cashews in a high speed with 2 cups filtered water.
Blend at high speed until creamy.

Add all the frozen fruits along with the coconut oil, maple syrup to taste, and blend until creamy.

If the consistency is very thick, add a bit more water along with 7-9 ice cubes. Blend one last time until it all comes to a thick and creamy blend.
Serve with cacao nibs on top, for added texture and crunch.
