Creamy Vegan-Mushroom Kale Soup


8 Portobello Mushrooms
12 Shiitake Mushrooms
1 Large Onion
2 sprigs of Celery
1 large carrot
5 cloves of garlic
10 medium to large Kale leaves
1-2 TBSP Mushroom Powder
1 Mushroom flavoring cube
1 Tsp Pepper Flakes
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1-1.5 Cups Coconut Cream or Plant Milk or Cream of your choice
2 liters of Water or Vegetable broth
1.5 Tsp Black Pepper
1 TBSP salt, or flavor to taste
Cilantro and sesame seeds for toppings
Drizzle of Sesame Oil for each serving.

Tip: Make sure you cook the soup for at least 25-30 minutes so that all the flavors can incorporate into one delicious and hearty dish. Add more water or broth as needed throughout cooking time.
Top with a 1/4 teaspoon drizzle of sesame oil, a pinch of sesame seeds and a tablesppon of chopped cilantro, or other herb for each serving– and enjoy!
